Hello welcome back again to my blog , as usually i want to share something today for you guys , today i want to share the dental treatment that i did at the dentist .
The first treatment is dental white , dental white is a dental procedure that can be applied to teeth effectively. Although it can provide long-lasting results, teeth whitening can not last forever. Various things, such as food and drink, and cigarettes can make white teeth stain again. However, practice good oral and dental hygiene and avoid dyes that can make teeth whitening last longer.
There is two types of dental white that we can do, the first is by laser irradiation and the second is by applying bleach to the teeth.
The procedure that the doctor did for me was by applying bleach, the doctor explained that laser light process can indeed make teeth whiter, but it is not good for sensitive teeth, and also after the laser process our teeth can be more painful.
After doing the dental white treatment, if i want the whiteness to last longer i have to maintain what i drink and eat , dont consume tea, coffee,soda,colored drinks etc regulary or oftenly. This dental white process if u like to do it again at least you must give one year before you start the treatment again , is not recommended under 1 year .

The second treatment that i do is a direct veneers . Dental veneers are medical procedures that aim to improve the appearance of one's teeth by attaching veneers to the front of the teeth. Veneers can cover defects in teeth, such as the shape, color, and size of the teeth that are not according to the patient's wishes.
Veneers are generally made of resin or porcelain, and will permanently adhere to the teeth. Unlike dental implants or dental crowns, veneers only cover the front of the teeth. Meanwhile, a dental implant replaces a tooth at its root and a dental crown covers the entire crown of the tooth.
This is what dental veneers can do for your teeth:
-Broken or damaged teeth
-Non-uniform interdental cavities
-Pointy or abnormally shaped teeth
-Teeth that are smaller than the surrounding teeth
-Discoloration of teeth that cannot be removed by teeth whitening
